Job summary

Life Science Connect is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing life sciences platform. This immersive program trains you in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, with clear milestones and a path to a Commercial Accounts role.

On completion, you’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, hands-on coaching, and a formal career path, including cross-functional collaboration with marketing, data analytics, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for Life Sciences or Business/Marketing/Communications.
• Demonstrated commitment to a career in sales or business development.
• Coursework or experience with data analytics, interpretation and presentation of insights

Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of Life Science Connect’s platforms and offerings.
• Support sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns under guidance of senior sales leaders.
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to deepen sales skills.
• Gain exposure to client conversations, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrate growth in communication, business acumen, and sales proficiency through milestones.
