Qualifications

• 2+ years Salesforce delivery experience in a consulting or SI environment.
• 1+ year Data Cloud experience: ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation.
• 1+ year Agentforce hands-on experience or certification with Agentforce, Einstein, or equivalent AI tooling.
• CRM fundamentals across Sales, Service, Health, or Life Sciences Cloud.
• 1+ year of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts; REST/SOAP or MuleSoft a plus.
• 1+ year of consulting (client-facing) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; if Associate’s degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Cloud architecture — support design and configuration of data models, streams, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Agentforce & AI build — contribute to AI-powered workflows and voice AI integrations.
• Solution documentation — author design documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specs.
• Integration support — assist in designing and implementing integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, and external data sources.
• Requirements and workshops — translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and platform decisions.
• Quality and testing — own technical test scenarios; support UAT, performance testing, and go-live readiness.
• Practice contribution — contribute accelerators and reusable assets for Life Sciences AI and Data Cloud.
