Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce practice is seeking a Data Cloud and AI Tech Lead who translates architecture into delivery, owning solution design documents and leading technical workstreams across complex Life Sciences programs.

You will drive data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, and activation while guiding agents and integrations with Salesforce, CRM, and external systems. Expect collaboration across distributed teams in Agile/hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce delivery experience on full-lifecycle implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on at least two end-to-end Salesforce programs.
• Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation patterns.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce use cases, including AI-powered workflow automation.
• Integration experience—practical experience designing integrations across CRM, data platforms, and external systems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in client-facing consulting environments leading technical workstreams in Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (or 6 years if Associate’s).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across workstreams, including data model, integration patterns, security, and platform configuration.
• Own technical design and build for Agentforce use cases across Life Sciences programs.
• Lead Data Cloud implementation tracks: ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, activation.
• Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce capabilities.
• Bridge requirements and delivery by aligning architects, developers, and stakeholders on design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership: design sessions, code reviews, and deployment governance; manage risks and gaps.
• Mentor L8 architects and analysts; set standards across Data Cloud and AI delivery practices.
• Support pre-sales with estimation, scoping, staffing; contribute to architecture sections of RFPs and oral presentations.
• Develop accelerators and AI use-case patterns for Life Sciences practice
