Counsel Recruit is seeking a partner-level attorney to join a premier life sciences and healthcare boutique firm in the NJ/NYC region. The role focuses on regulatory healthcare and life sciences matters, with strong emphasis on Stark Law, AKS, and related statutes.

Qualificações

Licensed to practice in any state (CA license a plus).
7+ years of experience practicing law.
Healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceutical law background is a must.
Experience with healthcare laws and regulations including anti-kickback laws, self-referral prohibitions, privacy provisions, False Claims Act, and healthcare fraud statutes.

Responsabilidades

Researching, analyzing, and drafting memoranda related to Healthcare and Life Sciences arrangements.
Expertise with Stark Law, AKS, and related federal laws and regulations.
Evaluating practices to identify regulatory compliance issues and mitigation options.
Preparing change of ownership filings and agency notifications.
Mentor/lead a team and communicate effectively with clients.
Work from NJ or NYC offices or flexible/hybrid/remote.
Consider bringing on associates/staff if business allows.
