Job summary

Eichleay seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and design projects in Life Sciences and Food & Beverage, from initiation through closeout, ensuring client satisfaction, quality execution, schedule performance, and financial success.

The role serves as the primary client interface, coordinating engineering, architecture, design, project controls, procurement, construction, and management stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Eight+ years of progressive engineering/design/construction experience with five+ years in project management, including pharma/biotech/lab or Food&Beverage facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary capital projects from feasibility to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Manage client relationships, meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, construction and controls stakeholders.
