Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee client-driven studies within eLtMS-BPT, coordinating with operations and analytical test design teams.

You will define study scope with clients and commercial staff, manage timelines and change orders, review study information for accuracy, and provide management with regular progress updates and client feedback. The role includes a standard M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemistry/biochemistry/biology/pharma)
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to set study goals and expectations within eLtMS-BPT.
• Define project scope with commercial staff and clients; assist in quotes/proposals.
• Provide project oversight; act as client advocate on site; coordinate with operations and test designers.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and change orders; communicate status to management.
• Update CRM and ensure accurate study information; track study prerequisites.
• Coordinate face-to-face and teleconference communications with clients; address questions.
