Verista in Indianapolis is seeking a Project Administration Engineer to support complaint investigations and quality processes in the life sciences sector. You will assess incoming complaints, determine actions, perform analyses, and help ensure timely compliant closure under GMP guidelines.

This onsite role requires an associate degree, strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and self-management to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High degrees of self-management and problem solving.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Responsibilities

• Support handling customer complaints and investigations in compliance with procedures.
• Assess incoming complaints and determine next steps to address issues promptly.
• Determine level of return sample analysis needed and perform analyses as required.
• Verify and close relevant complaints with minimal supervision.
• Support inventory management of complaint samples and QA documentation.
• Assist in writing GMP documents and tracking complaint metrics.
• Conduct PM activities to meet client demands and lifecycle management for Quality Applications.
