Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Program Manager to join the Sensitech team in Beverly, MA. You will manage complex software implementations in the Life Science sector, turning customer data into actionable information, and delivering reports and technical documentation.

Strong communication and project management skills, plus 3+ years in life sciences or logistics, are required. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of life science, supply chain, or logistics experience.
3+ years of project or program management experience.
1+ years in a customer-facing role.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

Manage complex, high value software implementations in Life Science vertical.
Identify analytics to transform customer data into information; communicate issues/actions to customer.
Manage content and delivery for customer reports and communications.
Develop technical documentation, reports/dashboards, presentations and sales support; manage implementations with customers.
Drive change and use new or unique solutions in business situations.
Interface with cross-functional management team (DMS/Reporting, Support, SWE, Sales, PMs).
Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers across varied backgrounds.
Interact with a wide range of customers and team members; NA focus with EMEA/Asia/S America support.
