Job summary
Accenture is recruiting for a Principal Director in Life Sciences Supply Chain, based in the United States. You will lead sales origination and multi-project delivery across PLM and digital CMC, partnering with client executives to drive transformation in life sciences manufacturing and value chains.

Qualifications
- 8+ years delivering Life Sciences transformation and tech advisory across value chain.
- 5+ years in management or strategy consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a focus on PLM and digital CMC.
- Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations with deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled work.
- Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
- Manage business development opportunities end to end to bring innovative solutions to clients.
- Build and apply knowledge to support selling opportunities to clients.
- Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work leveraging AI.
