Job summary

Cepheid in Lodi, CA is seeking a Scheduler to ensure material availability aligns with the production plan. The on-site swing shift runs 2pm–10:30pm, reporting to the Sr. Materials Supervisor within the Logistics Department.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or higher, 3+ years in scheduling and MRP, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle NetSuite). Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of scheduling, MRP, and inventory control experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to generate operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Scheduling – Coordinate production schedules for consumables manufacturing to ensure continuous uptime.
• Maintain Inventory Levels – Monitor stock levels, run reports regularly, and ship out dwelling material as needed.
• Ensure Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
