Job summary

NJ Labs, a long-established cGMP chemistry and microbiology testing lab in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a sales-focused professional to own a regional territory. You will engage pharma, biotech, CDMO, and API/excipients companies, turning relationships into recurring testing programs through on-site visits and industry events.

The role requires a science background with 3–7+ years in B2B sales, a solid pharma QA/QC network in the Northeast, and the ability to open and close new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in contract testing or CRO/CDMO services preferred.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and USP/EP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, meet, and close new pharmaceutical and biotech accounts through on-site visits and industry events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Explain release testing, stability programs, method validation and transfer, and microbiology to clients.
