Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams for Life Sciences clients, focusing on production, quality, and supply reliability in regulated environments.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across assessment, design, implementation, testing, adoption, and stabilization while collaborating with senior leaders on cross-program decisions and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related field.
• Experience leading a client-facing manufacturing or digital workstream through design and at least one deployment phase.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device environments.
• Ability to translate manufacturing needs into functional deliverables and coordinate contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans, deliverables, and risks.
• Assess current-state production, quality processes, and data flows to design improvements.
• Translate priorities into process designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, and related capabilities.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define data mappings, master-data needs, and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics/AI use, including predictive maintenance and decision support.
• Ensure GxP, data-integrity, and validation considerations in workstream deliverables.
• Oversee configuration, testing, training, cutover, and handover.
