Job summary

EY is seeking a Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device sectors. You will drive end-to-end workstreams—from assessment to implementation—across production, quality, and engineering teams, blending practical manufacturing with digital, data, AI, and delivery skills in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering or life sciences or related field.
7+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing/tech experience or consulting.
Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment phases.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
Ability to translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.
Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, change-control and validation requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
Assess current-state production, quality, data flows, and system landscapes through workshops and data analysis.
Translate priorities into functional designs, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
Coordinate integrations across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT systems; collaborate with specialists.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover support and handover.
