Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams for Life Sciences manufacturing. You’ll drive cross-functional teams through assessment, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and stabilization in regulated environments.

You’ll collaborate with architecture, automation, and cybersecurity specialists, translating plant-floor needs into actionable deliverables and driving value realization across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstreams through design and deployment.
• Strong understanding of GxP, data-integrity, and validation considerations relevant to digital solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.
• Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing and production-quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Develop functional designs for capabilities such as batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, and genealogy.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define data mappings, master-data needs, and data-quality controls for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Deliver analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover for the workstream.
