Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a proactive marketing and business development specialist to support the Life Sciences and Health Care sector and regulatory practices. Based in Washington, DC, you will collaborate with global M&BD colleagues to plan campaigns, target opportunities, and raise the firm’s profile across key markets.

You will draft RFP responses, coordinate pitches, manage materials, and help deliver client seminars and digital health initiatives, AI, medtech programs, while building

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of relevant experience required, preferably in a legal or professional services sector.
• Established knowledge and experience of the life sciences and health care sector preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and presentations.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns for the sector and practices to raise profile and awareness.
• Coordinate client seminars, webinars, association activities, and other marketing events; develop materials and reporting.
• Develop client toolkits, targeting initiatives, and outreach efforts.
• Support internal communications and knowledge sharing across the global Sector team.
• Contribute to broader department projects and participate in the Responsible Business program.
