Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking an experienced marketing and business development professional to support the Life Sciences & Health Care sector and regulatory practices in Washington, D.C. You will draft pitches, coordinate materials, and drive integrated campaigns to raise the firm’s profile and generate client opportunities.

You will work with global M&BD colleagues, manage client events, and develop content across channels, including social media, while coordinating with practice groups

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain an excellent eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of materials to support new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update credentials, pitch content, and marketing materials.
• Prepare pitch teams for presentations and support post-pitch reviews.
• Leverage firm technologies to track pitch activity and engagement.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date M&BD information and materials.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns for the sector and practices to help raise our profile and awareness among our key target audiences, and generate opportunities to meet potential clients.
• Assist in content development and distribution via internal and external channels, including social media.
• Coordinate and support client seminars, webinars, association activities, and other marketing-oriented events and programs, including the development of program materials, day-of support and follow up, including metrics-driven program reporting.
