Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of experience consulting with sales training leaders in the life sciences.
• Proven experience in writing skills-based sales training content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Design learning strategies that leverage Unboxed's products.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions and analysis.

Skills

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience in agency-style or consultancy setting

High level of creativity

Familiarity with multimedia content development
