Qualifications

• Strong experience in IP law for life sciences transactions.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex IP-related agreements.
• Experience with M&A, licensing, collaborations and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IP aspects of M&A, licensing and collaborations.
• Draft and negotiate complex IP contracts, including collaboration and development agreements.
• Provide strategic counsel on IP portfolio management and protection strategies.
• Conduct IP due diligence in transactional contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IP issues in deals.
• Stay updated on IP trends and regulatory developments affecting life sciences.
