Job summary

You will collaborate with corporate, IP, regulatory, and tax teams on joint ventures and strategic alliances, bringing 5–7 years of IP licensing experience to a high-stakes practice.

A Juris Doctor and bar admission are required; life sciences background or medical training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of experience in IP licensing and complex life sciences agreements.
• Experience structuring, drafting, negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution and development agreements.
• Experience collaborating across corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax departments on joint ventures and strategic alliances.
• Background in life sciences or medical degree/training preferred.
