WilmerHale seeks a highly skilled Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join our thriving IP practice. The role focuses on cutting-edge patent prosecution and litigation matters, with opportunities across multiple offices including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, DC.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of post-JD experience, a biology undergraduate degree (life sciences PhD strongly preferred), and admission to the USPTO.

Qualifications

• J D from an accredited law school.
• Undergraduate degree in Biology; Life sciences PhD strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of post-JD experience in both patent prosecution and litigation.
• Must be admitted to the USPTO and licensed to practice in MA/NY/CA/CO or DC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
