Qualifications

• Advising on IP rights and technology transactions matters, including life sciences M&A.
• Background in life sciences law or a life sciences degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex IP/licensing agreements (licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, SaaS/Cloud, development).
• Advise clients on IP rights and technology transactions issues.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams to manage multi-jurisdictional deals.
