Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in relevant state(s).
• Undergraduate degree in Biology; life sciences PhD strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years post-JD experience in patent prosecution and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of experienced IP attorneys.
• Support portfolio management and patentability analyses as part of casework.
