Ideal candidates should have 2-7 years of experience, excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. The position offers a competitive salary range of $235,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, particularly life sciences litigation.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage in life sciences patent litigation.

• Work with clients on strategic and sophisticated life sciences disputes.
