Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior finance transformation leader to guide multi-workstream programs across Life Sciences finance domains, from R&R to FP&A, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and modern tech adoption.

The role requires deep consulting experience, cross-functional collaboration with senior executives, and a passion for shaping finance strategy in regulated Life Sciences environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience, including significant Life Sciences finance transformation leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance transformation programs in Life Sciences, spanning core finance processes and R&D/clinical finance strategies.
• Design and execute target-state finance operating models tailored to Life Sciences across governance, data models, and process integration.
• Provide CFO and their teams with data and insights to drive change narratives and shareholder value.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, and ensure client buy-in.
• Oversee client digital transformations and identify needed skillsets, data, and technologies.
