Job summary

Ledgent in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This hands-on role partners across departments to support growth, strengthen controls, and ensure GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing financial forecasting.
Monitor budget performance and variance analyses.
Make recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
