Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or related finance role.
• Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on revenue, receivables, cash activity, and program performance.
• Review billing and reconcile balances across reports, customer records, andGL with clear support for conclusions.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals; assist with revenue analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Client Services, and Operations to understand activity and its financial impact.
