Job summary

Onomi seeks a Life Sciences Project Manager to lead congress, webinar, adboard and medical education events, onsite and remote, with end-to-end ownership. You will build and launch our live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage and coordinate with faculty, sales teams, and agencies to ensure flawless delivery.

You will drive post-event analysis and deliver actionable insights, strengthening HCP experiences and client outcomes across multi-format programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in congress engagement and pharma stakeholder management.
• Experience in congress/convention or medical education event planning and execution.
• Familiarity with Commercial/Medical/Legal review workflows and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects onsite and remote.
• Configure and launch live engagement apps using SpotMe Backstage.
• Manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
• Coordinate with faculty, field team, booth staff, and agencies for flawless delivery.
• Handle post-event analysis, reports, dashboards and recommendations.
