Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a curious, collaborative data product-support role to enhance data solutions for early drug discovery across MI, Early Biology, and Preclinical Research. Candidates should have 2+ years in IT, informatics, or data-focused roles, with strong collaboration and a background in life sciences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT, informatics, data analysis, or a scientific data-focused role.
• Familiarity with pharma/biotech research workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with scientific and technical teams while following processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Research stakeholders to understand scientific data workflows and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members.
• Translate scientific needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for IT/engineering teams.
• Support demand intake by mapping workflows and identifying friction points.
• Represent researcher context in product discussions and validate delivered capabilities.
