Job summary

Software Placement Group in Boston seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. You will advise on corporate and transactional matters for life sciences, healthcare, and technology clients across the U.S. and globally.

We require a JD from a top-tier law school with admission or eligibility to obtain admission, and 2–4 years of substantive corporate experience, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.
