A premier top-20 AmLaw firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on high-profile corporate transactions for cutting-edge clients in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors across the U.S. and globally.
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
2-4 years of substantive experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; candidates with a genuine interest in the life sciences sector will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating effectively within deal teams.
Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Advise emerging growth and public companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.
Manage key components of sophisticated corporate transactions from start to finish, including coordination of deal teams and direct client interaction.
Provide counsel on SEC compliance, registered equity offerings, and other public company matters.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions.
