Eden Capital Careers is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join a premier Life Sciences Corporate Practice in a hybrid capacity. You will counsel on equity financing, IPOs, and M&A for life sciences, healthcare, and technology clients across the U.S. and globally.

Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and AmLaw firm background. Strong drafting and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience handling corporate/transactional matters, including public company work, offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.
• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage components of complex transactions independently while collaborating within deal teams.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and multitasking.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

• 2-4 years of substantive experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; candidates with a genuine interest in the life sciences sector will also be considered.

• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating effectively within deal teams.

• Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation:Annual base salary is expected to range from$235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
