Qualifications

• 2-4 years of substantive experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience advising life sciences companies preferred.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise companies in life sciences and healthcare on equity financing and M&A.
• Manage components of corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance and public company matters.
