Our client, a premier AmLaw firm, seeks a mid-level associate attorney for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. The role focuses on advising on high-profile corporate transactions for life sciences, healthcare, and technology clients across the U.S. and globally in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of corporate experience, a JD from a top-tier school, and active bar admission. AmLaw experience and life sciences exposure are preferred; strong drafting and client-management

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing or eligibility to obtain admission.
• 2–4 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.
• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating within deal teams.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail and multiple workstreams.

• Advise emerging growth and public companies in life sciences and healthcare on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated corporate transactions from start to finish, coordinating deal teams and client interaction.

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions.

A premier top-20 AmLaw firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on high-profile corporate transactions for cutting-edge clients in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors across the U.S. and globally.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

• 2-4 years of substantive experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; candidates with a genuine interest in the life sciences sector will also be considered.

• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating effectively within deal teams.

• Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation:Annual base salary is expected to range from$235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
