Job summary

Portsmouth, NH-based leader in manufacturing and life sciences seeks a Construction Project Manager to support ongoing projects, oversee contractors, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with site requirements.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, reviewing SOPs and drawings, and partnering with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to enable seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing facilities maintenance contractors and managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with client-facing teams.
• Preferred experience in facilities management within life science or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related tasks is advantageous.
• Ability to oversee onboarding of new contractors and manage existing contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction coordination, execution, and project closeout.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with site requirements.
• Review and manage project-related documentation, including SOPs, engineering drawings, specifications, and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering Specialists, and Document Control to facilitate timely project execution and document management.
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance to support project logistics, scheduling, and site readiness, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing facility operations.
