Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction management supporting non-residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
• Assist with procurement of sub-contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor project costs, including values committed and forecast to commit.
• Maintain project schedules and cost reporting with field teams.
• Support site safety programs and compliance on assigned projects.
