Job summary

You will lead all construction and installation activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process equipment workstreams, ensuring safe and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities include contractor management, planning, site logistics, quality performance, and turnover to operations, from early planning through handover.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech construction projects.
• Experience with turnover activities and commissioning.
• Strong SHE leadership and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction and installation activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process equipment workstreams.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, driving planning, coordination, site logistics, and quality performance.
• Ensure construction quality requirements including inspection, testing, and turnover packages.
• Support project delivery from planning through final handover and transition to site operations.
