Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
• 3–6 years in life sciences consulting or competitive intelligence
• CI experience in a consulting setting is strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
• Curious mindset with ability to challenge assumptions
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Secondary desk research using multiple data sources
• Collaborate with team and Trinity SMEs to develop insights and recommendations
• Develop reports that communicate key insights and implications to clients
• Attend conferences and conduct high-quality primary research per CI ethics guidelines
• Create pre-reads and workshop designs; support onsite execution and project reporting
• Manage time and client deliverables with the team
• Present findings to clients and internal team members
• Leverage AI-enabled CI tools to improve speed and quality of insights
