Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise to lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and AI/data-enabled transformation roadmaps across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial operations.

You will design future-state workflows, governance models, and KPIs, run cross-functional design sessions, and manage analysts to deliver client-ready outputs that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years life sciences commercial experience across field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or operations.
Minimum of 6 years in life sciences commercial transformation, strategy, operating model, or AI/data strategy.
Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting or equivalent corporate strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and AI/data-enabled roadmaps.
Redesign workflows, governance, and capabilities; frame data inputs and value measurement.
Manage analysts/consultants and maintain day-to-day client relationships.
Shape opportunities for AI-enabled commercial transformation and value realization.
