• Experience leading workstreams, managing clients and coaching junior team members
• Strong ability to translate AI/data concepts into practical business use cases and roadmaps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Redesign workflows, governance, capabilities and value-driven roadmaps across life sciences functions
• Frame AI/data approaches for priority use cases with data inputs and governance considerations
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, and value leakage points; identify improvement opportunities
• Shape future-state operating models and business cases; partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outputs
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, sessions, risks, and next steps
• Translate value opportunities into measurable outcomes with KPIs and adoption metrics
• Guide clients on when to use rules-based automation, GenAI, copilots, or agents based on use case risk and data readiness
• Develop reusable perspectives and market-facing points of view on AI-enabled commercial transformation
