Accenture's Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise practice is seeking a Manager to lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and AI/data-enabled transformations across field, marketing, and operations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, frame AI/data use cases, and deliver measurable value through governance, roadmaps, and business cases. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in life sciences commercial roles and 5+ years in strategy consulting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial cross one or more functions.
Minimum of 6 years Life sciences commercial transformation, commercial strategy, operating model, or AI/data strategy experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and roadmaps.
Redesign workflows across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and commercial operations.
Identify AI, analytics, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows to unlock value and improve speed, scale, and quality.
Facilitate cross-functional design sessions with business, technology, analytics, and operations.
Manage day-to-day client relationships, including sessions, feedback, risks, and next steps.
Define value drivers, KPIs, baseline assumptions, adoption metrics, and tracking for value realization.
