Accenture Life Sciences is seeking a Manager to lead strategy work across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, and market access. You will guide commercial decisions, shape operating models, and drive AI/data-enabled reinvention across client programs.

You will manage senior client relationships, coach analysts, and ensure outcomes-focused delivery in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset / brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services, field, or commercial ops / transformation topics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate‑strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams to inform critical commercial decisions across asset branding, launch, and portfolio growth.
Assess market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for growth opportunities.
Translate strategic recommendations into operating model and governance changes.
Identify AI, analytics, or automation opportunities to improve decision-making.
Shape client objectives into clear workplans and deliverables.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver executive-ready outputs.
