Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Manager to lead strategic client workstreams across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, and market access in the life sciences sector. You will oversee transformations, operating models, and AI/data-enabled reinvention to improve commercial decision-making and execution.

You will guide teams, translate insights into executive-ready recommendations, and manage day-to-day client relationships while influencing enterprise strategies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to lead workstreams and coach junior team members.
• Strong client management, relationship-building, and facilitating sessions.
• Knowledge of AI/data concepts and responsible application in commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams to support strategic decisions on asset launches, growth, and enterprise reinvention.
• Shape objectives into clear workplans, analyses, and deliverables.
• Manage analysts/consultants to produce high-quality client-ready outputs.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships, including sessions and next steps.
• Apply life sciences commercial knowledge to align asset, customer, access, function, and enterprise implications.
• Provide a strong point of view and move from executor to advisor.
