Beghou Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant in San Diego to join our life sciences analytics practice. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights, build data pipelines, and create dashboards for client engagements across strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly while supporting project delivery and client satisfaction. A hybrid work policy offers in-person and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years’ relevant professional experience; PhD applicants may apply to Consultant position.
• Strong academic track record
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with others and adapt quickly
• Basic coding skills (SAS, SQL, Python, VBA) and/or knowledge of data viz tools like Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data
• Execute data processing tasks and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy
• Identify key metrics for insights in client reports and dashboards
• Engage with clients to solve problems and deliver solutions
• Collaborate to size salesforce, align territories, and optimize incentives
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects addressing client and internal needs
