Job summary

Prominence Advisors and Tegra Analytics seek an Associate Analyst to translate sales data into reports, support compensation calculations, and provide insights to life sciences client teams. You will learn within established processes, participate in client interactions, and grow independence as analytical skills develop.

Role focuses on commercial operations, incentive compensation, and analytics, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in business, finance, analytics, or life sciences.
• Strong Excel skills with data organization and interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as needed.
• Interest in life sciences commercial operations and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Turn sales and field activity data into accurate reports and insights.
• Assist with sales force sizing, territory updates, quota deployment, and planning.
• Validate data and document corrections for review by seniors.
• Support incentive compensation design through data preparation and scenario modeling.
• Prepare client materials and dashboards; track deadlines and progress across workstreams.
• Perform quality checks on reconciliations and trend analyses with guidance.
