Job summary

Accenture is seeking a strategic leader to drive workforce transformation within its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will guide the people change agenda, align roles and capabilities with AI-driven reinvention, and partner with senior HR leaders to shape workforce investments and readiness across client programs.

You will interact with CHROs and leadership teams to craft communications and roadmaps, while navigating ambiguous, fast-moving settings.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry context.
Experience redesigning roles and operating models during large-scale technology or AI transformations.
Proven ability to lead change programs at C-suite/VP level in life sciences.

Responsibilities

Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and define evolving roles and capabilities with AI adoption.
Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to the reinvention roadmap.
Oversee role redesign and capability development consistent with process and tech changes.
Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment and sequencing.
Engage CHRO-level stakeholders to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
Develop enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications.
