Job summary

Langham Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Life Science Division on the 2nd shift in Mount Comfort, Greenfield, IN. The role oversees warehouse operations, ensuring accurate shipments and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.

Lead a team, balance daily schedules, and optimize productivity with ERP/TMS systems, managing temperature-controlled and hazardous materials handling as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of previous experience in a comparable warehouse associate position.
• Minimum 6 months experience with GMP warehousing and distribution.
• Forklift drivers must pass forklift certification training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer orders are filled accurately and according to schedule.
• Prepare daily workschedules and issue written and oral instructions.
• Cross-train employees in the department.
• Maximize efficiency using RF guns in all areas where appropriate.
• Ensure inventory is received, entered into the system, and stored in correct locations.
• Perform physical counts or assign counts as necessary.
