Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus 5+ years experience, or equivalent 9+ years.
• Hands-on AAV or viral vector production, purification, and titer quantification.
• Proficiency in cloning, Gibson assembly, site-directed mutagenesis, gel electrophoresis, Western blot.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and BSL-2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute AAV production workflows and QC.
• Develop and optimize mammalian cell culture systems for vector manufacturing.
• Characterize engineered AAV capsid variants for tropism and delivery.
