Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and regular travel to customer sites.
• Ability to measure spaces and translate observations into quantities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; willing to learn Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess relocation and logistics requirements.
• Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
• Quantify spaces, dimensions, and inventory for scope development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to translate requirements into proposals.
• Document scope, risks, and assumptions; support CRM and process standards.
• Assist with proposals, SOWs, and handoff to project teams.
