Job summary

JC Automation Corp. in the life sciences industry seeks a Project Coordinator to execute multiple defined projects within Engineering, supporting the Capital Project Management Leader across estimates, bidding, and safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, uphold cGMP and safety standards, assist design and external firms, help with estimates and bids, inspect contractor work, and adapt to a schedule that

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Foreman or in a similar role.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training upon hire, including Code of Conduct and Security Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards, including cGMP and quality guidelines.
• Identify technical problems and support the development of solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety, reporting quality issues appropriately.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
• Perform role duties involving a mix of sitting, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, and maintain a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
