Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. in Middletown, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to run specialized equipment used to produce life science and laboratory products. You will startup machines, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform adjustments to keep production efficient.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work with others, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety protocols with PPE. Shift is 2nd from 3:30pm to 2:00am, pay is $20.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading comprehension and ability to follow complex written SOPs.
• Must be able to work effectively with others in a team environment.
• Must have basic computer skills to operate equipment and capture data.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing operating procedures is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run highly specialized equipment to produce life science and lab products; startup, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust to maintain efficiency.
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures to ensure production consistency and avoid errors.
• Read work orders and batch records to prepare correct raw materials, chemicals, or packaging components before production begins.
• Check lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates to verify accuracy and GMP compliance; stage materials to streamline production.
• Document production logs, batch records, and quality checklists as official records; perform quality checks (visual, dimensions, weight, seals, labeling).
• Adapt to different environments, including controlled temperature rooms, cold storage, and warm production zones depending on product being manufactured.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE to maintain product integrity and worker safety.
